Health Screening

Health screenings are medical tests used to detect diseases or medical conditions, especially those that may not have visible symptoms yet. The goal is to identify potential health issues early on, allowing for prompt treatment and potentially preventing the disease from progressing. Sample Test as below:
- Blood Serum Test - for individual members for subsequent discussion with a medical professional
- Physical Examinations - performed on each member and adisories provided by a medical professional
Metabolic Syndrome Screening

Screening for metabolic disorders involves a range of tests and assessments to identify potential metabolic problems. These screenings can be broadly categorized into newborn metabolic screening, routine checkups, and specific tests for metabolic syndrome. Tests for Metabolic Syndrome includes but not limited to:
- Metabolic syndrome is diagnosed based on having three or more of the following conditions: abdominal obesity, high triglycerides, low HDL cholesterol, high blood pressure, or high fasting blood glucose or food allergens test (when indicated)
- These conditions are assessed through a combination of measurements (waist circumference, blood pressure) and blood tests (triglyceride levels, HDL cholesterol, fasting glucose).
Breast Scanning

Early Detection of Breast Cancer with iBreastExam
Mammography, recognized as the "gold standard" for breast cancer detection, is often not feasible in low- and middle-income countries, remains inaccessible in rural areas, and requires trained radiologists. Clinical Breast Examination (CBE) is more affordable but subjective and limited in detecting non-palpable lumps.
iBreastExam offers an objective, affordable, portable, accessible, painless, and radiation-free solution.

Diet Management

Diet management, also known as dietary management, involves making informed choices about food and drinks to maintain or improve overall health. It focuses on balancing nutrient intake, controlling portion sizes, and choosing nutrient-dense foods over those with empty calories. This activity particularly important for diabetes and allergens management with the possible outcome to reverse diabetes.
Medical counselling activities are conducted in conjunction with and results from Health and Metabolic Syndrome Screenings to address the health issues.
